Ali
Ali is our Managing Director and will generally be found making sure everyone is ok. He spends most of his time running the business to ensure that everyone can get the care they require.
With a wealth of experience from racing at a World Championship level in Triathlon he understands the need to perform at your best and how to help you achieve that by keeping your muscles in top condition as well as having experience around nutrition and travelling for racing and is always on hand for any advice he can give to our clients and staff to help with recovery.
CJ
CJ is our Training Director and Lead Therapist. She has been a Sports Therapist for over 15 years and is everyone's go to when they have a problem. Her specialism's include Injury Rehabilitation, Hypermobility, MS, Acupuncture and Pre/Post Natal Treatment and Advice; she is therefore well equipped to deal with many muscle and joint pain issues that come up in day to day life.
Over the years, CJ has developed a passion for teaching and is now passing on her experience to new therapists in various forms of massage and general wellbeing as a tutor. She is therefore always happy to answer any questions to help the understanding of others and to develop the knowledge of her therapists.
Sam
As a dedicated musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 3.5 years of experience in outpatient settings as a MSK physiotherapy assistant, I am committed to providing evidence-based care to patients. During my MSc placement, I excelled in the musculoskeletal and Neurological specialties, demonstrating a strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment techniques. My clinical expertise, combined with my passion for patient-centered care, enables me to effectively address a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Vicky
Vicky is our sports massage therapist and is here to take away the training miles or aches and pains from your body. Working closely with out Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists she will have you feeling better in no time.
Emily
Emily is our amazing centre manager and often the first person you will meet when you come to us. She has recently finished her degree (attaining a First Class degree) at University of Essex and is slowly taking over the day to day running of the clinic.

The Revive Health Chelmsford philosophy revolves around your wellbeing. Each of us has a unique skillset, enabling us to design a individual treatment plan for a wide variety of patients and problems.
We also pride ourselves on our sustainability and being an eco-friendly health centre. We recycle as much of our waste as possible and use lighter weight recycled couch roll instead of heavy towels to help reduce micro-fibre waste and lower our carbon footprint.
