What wonderful weather we have been having recently!
I hope you have made it out into the garden or a woodland to appreciate our fantastic environment recently?
I have been reading quite a lot about Forest Bathing
As many of you know, I am always a big fan of being outside, particularly being around woodlands and natural forests. There is something very calming and grounding about being around the oldest living organism that can give us so much nourishment as well as history. So get out there and embrace nature...maybe see if you can find the Gruffalo...

A little information can be useful, even if you are not the one that it will directly benefit! If you would like to join us, you can find out more here.
Sarah Clarke (Feed Your Body)
Will be joining our team to do a monthly drop in session, the next being on 27th May!
These sessions are an opportunity for you to meet with Sarah, give a brief overview of your current circumstances, gain a little bit of insight from both sides and to see if there is a potential that you can benefit from Sarahs expertise and experience to help with any Nutrition or Health Coaching requirements.

Our thoughts are with those that are affected by the barbaric events ongoing in Ukraine and wishing a swift end to the attack.
