In fact, the human body is designed to experience stress and react to it. When you experience changes or challenges (stressors), your body produces physical and mental responses. Relieving stress is essential for maintaining both your mental and physical well-being.

Managing stress is an ongoing journey and there are many different strategies. It's perfectly ok to seek help and experiment with various strategies to find what works best for you. So, here are ten techniques that you can try to help relieve stress.

1. The Power of Breath: 
Practice deep breathing exercises to activate your body's relaxation response. Try the 4-7-8 technique: Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 7, and exhale for 8. This can instantly calm your nervous system.

2. Mindfulness Meditation:
Allocate a few minutes each day to mindfulness meditation. Focus on your breath, bodily sensations, and the present moment. Over time, this practice can enhance your ability to manage stress.

3. Gratitude Journaling:
