Pre / postnatal private fitness session, 45 minutes
These sessions include the following exercise principles:
- Resistance training
- Cardiovascular conditioning
- Core stability
- Balance training
Please note; it is not recommended that you start a new fitness regime when you are pregnant; but any exercise conducted pre-pregnancy is actively encouraged. Increasing the amount of walking and gentle stretching while pregnant has been shown to be beneficial for your pregnancy, even if you were not particularly active before becoming pregnant.
