We offer movement and wellbeing classes in Pilates and Yoga, in a group or one to one sessions.
If you wish to improve your form, you can take our strength and conditioning for sport classes. For new mothers, we can offer you an assessment for readiness to exercise and we also host baby massage classes. We regularly invite instructors to take sessions in a wide variety of subjects, relating to fitness and wellbeing.
We are constantly updating our timetable to suit our attendees and include more diverse and skilled teachers into our group.
